When She Woke

I hadn't ever heard of this book but a neighbor recommended it. It is about a time in the future when criminals have their skin turned different colors when convicted of crimes. Roe vs Wade is over turned and the main character is convicted of murder and turned red after having an abortion. The book tells the story of what her experience is as a red.

Very interesting read...
