Toms

The whole family got Toms today so pretty soon there will be three more sets of barefoot kiddos with shoes out there. Btw these things are sooooo comfy! I am debating exchanging them for the red ones but I figure gray is more practical for work. Maybe I will have to get a pair of the slippers too.

Kate Date

Capricious and I went out for our weekly date last night and we fed our inner teenagers. We ended up with cupcake magazines, leggings, and mini skirts. We noticed that 80s wear seems to be making a comeback (Capricious even found lace cuffed leggings to match her bedazzled mini skirt at Love Culture).

Fashion Fun

I am the proud owner of new skinny jeans and boots! I love the boots they can be worn scrunched or not and with or without the buckles. I think they would look cute with a skirt and leggings too. So fun!

ModCloth.com

I don't buy clothes online because I worry they won't fit right but modcloth sure makes me want to break my rules!

ModCloth.com

I found the ModCloth.com website. Their stuff is so fun.

I love this jersey knit dress it looks comfy yet stylish.

Wouldn't this dress be perfect with a jean jacket and boots?

Classy

I need this belt for my sweater dress!

This coat is so bold but I love it!

I wish someone would have a Christmas party so I could buy this dress!

Accessories

I look at these and think "being fashionable can't be THAT hard" and yet I am pretty much a miserable fail at it. I think my problem is that I don't accessorize. I need to learn to rock scarves, belts, fashion jewelry, sun glasses, etc.

Love the dresses at shopruche.com! The best part is that they are reasonably priced.

All Dressed Up With No Where To Go

I saw this dress at Anthropologie today and I REALLY wanted it except that I wouldn't have anywhere to wear it...*sigh*

Swimsuits

So I must admit I am not quite ready for swimsuit season but I have fallen in love with "old fashioned" one pieces this year. Most of these are Juicy Couture.

This one is from Anthropologies.

Sweater Dresses

I have always been afraid of sweater dresses because they tend to cling to my belly which is the part of my body that I am the most uncomfortable with. But here's to new knee high boots (thank you Santa), recent weight loss, and a hopefully rockin' new body in 2011 (and Spanx if all else fails). I ordered 2 sweater dresses - wish me luck!

Also here is a skirt that I really wanted but it sold out before I could get it (I promise it is way cuter in white)....darn Lululemon and their limited quantities. I will have to keep an eye out to see if they release it again.

Note: Also just a running update, I had taken a running vacation but I am proud to say that I am back to it and it is going well! I ran 4 miles on Sun and Tues- apparently my running break was just what I needed. I got my first pair of running tights so now I can pretend to be a real runner.

Scuba Hoodie Delight

*SQUEAL* Look what made it into my closest for Christmas in both pink and lime. I couldn't be happier.

If you don't own a Scuba hoodie from Lululemon I highly recommend them. They are warm enough to work as a light weight jacket.

Jumpin Jammerz

My life has been crazy hectic lately which has resulted in a blogging vacation but I am going to try to get back on track!

To start here is something that every adult needs - Footsie PJs!!!!

I think Santa may be bringing me some for Christmas.

Lululemon Addict

I am officially a Lululemon addict. Here are some of my latest loves.

The Stride jacket is awesome. It has a turtle neck plus a hood and of course the thumb holes that I love. I got it in solid black and I can see myself wearing it with everything.

I seached ALL OVER for these in size small (apparently there is a shortage). The W Brisk arm warmers...they are awesome, they have thumb slits, a slot for a key, pockets on the back of the hands that could hold an ID, a slit for my iPod to stick out of so I can still access my touch screen, and even a reflective stripe. Pretty much they are awesome. I have yet to take them for a run but I will let you know if they stay up.

These pants (dance studio pants) have a nice wide elastic waist band and fun gathers. They are very flattering.

I love the Run Swiftly long sleeve shirt. It is a very light weight knit shirt but it is still warm and has thumb slits. It is great over a yoga shirt or on its own.

I also got a neck warmer which I haven't test driven but it is super soft inside and has a draw string to help it stay up. Can't wait to try it.

Last but not least I got a Centered Pose tank which fits amazingly. I am rather busty so sometimes I have a hard time getting yoga tops that fit and feel like they provide enough coverage but this top was awesome. Also it was loose enough in the tummy area that I didn't feel self conscious.

Lovin' Lululemon......
