Essential Oils

One of my girlfriends introduced me to essential oils and I am quite taken with the idea so I ordered a diffuser and some oils. I wasn't sure what brand to go with so I did a lot of Googling and settled on Native American Nutitionals because they has some good online reviews and because I am not a huge fan of MLMs (doTerra and Young Living).  We will see how it goes!  I am very excited!

Snarl

I made another monster and I am not loving the fabric I picked for its body. Not my favorite because of that but I like how the mouth turned out.

And speaking of snarls, check out Keira's new angry / frustrated face. She scrunches her nose, sticks out her tongue, and breathes heavily. It's hilarious.

And because it is too cute...here is a picture of Keira watching Chase play iPad.  She is in love with her big brother.

Blah

I went downstairs this evening and Chase looked at me and in the sweetest voice asked "mommy why have you been crying?"  We had to explain that I hadn't been crying and that I was just sick. Later while B was taking Chase up to bed Chase said "I hope mommy doesn't go blah..." and B asked what that meant and Chase said "you know die". Apparently I look bad enough that I look like I may blah.  I did start a course of Tamiflu today so hopefully by tomorrow I will be on the mend.

Six year olds - always good for a laugh.

Off To A Rocky Start

Dear 2014,
Starting the year sick was not in my plans.  Please take this virus/fever elsewhere.

Sincerely, K
