You know the problem with a new diet and exercise plan...day 3. The first day you are totally excited to get started. The second day you are determined to be good. By day 3 the junk food cravings hit and you start to feel like exercising takes too much time. So wish me luck tomorrow! (I would really like to bring in 30 in the <= 139 lb range instead of the 140 lb range - the 140s suck).
