For some reason I have happy childhood associations with pineapple upside down cake. I don't remember a specific event or reason for it but I remember making it and loving it so while at the grocery store the other day I impulse bought a mix and Chase and I made it tonight. I love being able to share things I liked as a kid with Chase - it is one of my favorite parts of parenting.
In baby news I am 33 weeks pregnant now and my feet are swollen and I am hot and generally miserably uncomfortable. I hope the next few weeks go by quickly!!! Curse 90+ degree Denver summer days!!! On that note I am off to cheer myself up with yummy cake.
