Spooky Banner

I have been wanting a Halloween banner but haven't had any time to do anything elaborate. I found these letters as free online printables and I just put some scrapbook paper that I already had behind the letters.  I am not a huge fan of the color orange so I went with purple instead. A black ribbon and some fabric scraps and Ta Da!
