Here is a quick
challenge update.
Since May 28th I have run 21.34 miles. I did a baseline run outside with a lot of hills today and it took me 36:01 minutes. So the good news is I am making progress on the running front. I would like to finish the race on the 4th in under 35 minutes.
On the weight loss front I am not as happy with my results. I wanted to lose 6ish lbs during the challenge but so far I am only down 2ish lbs which I know is progress but I want it to happen faster. Weigh loss is such a slow journey.
