Chase made granola bars in his cooking class today (Mommy ate the entire thing).
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cu flaked coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries (they skipped these)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Mix ingredients until well blended and press flat into pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly brown around the edges. Cool for 5 minutes and cut into squares.
